Frank III Augustine Manuel is an amateur blogger, a wannabe singer, a wannabe composer, a wannabe poet, a wannabe film producer and a successlessful writer. Born in Cebu City, Philippines, he is a Java 5.0 Sun Certified Programmer by profession but has found his passion in the arts. His unfinished unpublished works include Bakaak, Wilhelm’s Curse, Old Man Sugihara, Gods and Man, Seven, Where the Sea Meets the Sky, The Word of God and Tsukijou’s Cliff. Frank is most unknown for his upcoming multi award-winning attempt novel The Hand of God which will hopefully win won the 2008 National Novel Writing Month Award. He currently resides in Quezon City with six other people and a single bathroom friends.
